Bought this for a 10 day stay in a hotel. It was 72 degrees outside & it kept our milk & food cold & fresh, saved us having to buy milk etc., every day. Was also nice to have cold orange juice in the morning. We didn’t use the warm option on it as we didn’t need to but might give it a try when we go away again in the colder months.

Very happy with this. We have a small animal boarding company, and need a constant supply of fresh vegetables for the little critters. Our fridge indoors is too small for the quantity we get through, and the veg spoils very quickly at room temperature.This is kept in the (very big and fancy) shed with the pets, and gives us a great way of storing their greens and keeping them chilled.It does not work in the same way as a refrigerator, so can't regulate a set temperature, and has a limited capacity for cooling below ambient temperatures. Knowing this, it does what it does very well. It's hums gently, but it isn't intrusive. Condensation does collect in the lid, but condensation would also collect on ice-packs, and trickle down the the bottom of the box anyway.We are looking forward to 'borrowing' it from the pet hotel and using it on trips down to the seaside. It's great knowing that in the car, the box will be actively be cooling the contents down. And conventional ice packs will do the job when away from a power source.Great little product, very pleased with it.

For the price, this is very good value and it works very well. I have only used in cool mode though.However, the thing that lets this product down is the quality of the build. Mine was delivered with a broken handle, one of the mounting screws has snapped. I managed to superglue it back though so I didn't bother returning. Also, the rear bracket looks quite flimsy and it probably wouldn't stand up to any rough treatment.Lastly, the power plugs stick out quite a bit so it would be very easy to catch them when putting in or out of your car.

Thought would try electric ice box . Works great on mains and car 12volt .

I bought it since my family and I are staying in a hotel for an extended length of time and there is no fridge. It keeps things cool if there are already cold. Can bring drinks to slightly above room temperature. But there is quite a lot of water build up from the condensation and ice does not stay frozen for very long. Ice cubes melt within a couple of hours. We froze water bottles and loaded the cooler with them and overnight they defrosted. I missed the deadline to return it otherwise I would. Best to get a good insulating cooler and stock up with ice.Update: While it does not cool like a fridge it kept going strong for the entire 5+ months we were in the hotel. Honestly kept my sanity because of this cooler. Would have given 5 stars if it could cool better or at least was better insulated so frozen stuff could remain frozen for longer. Definitely worth the money though.

When choosing a cool box I decided to try this one. It isn't a cheap option but we spend a lot of time in the car with food in cool boxes so the many good reviews persuaded me to give it a go and I am in no way disappointed. The fact that I can plug it in in the house to get it down to temperature first is extremely helpful. I also plugged it in in my hotel room during a recent weekend away walking. It is a good size, easy to clean and to carry, fits neatly in the rear footwell and keeps our food and drink nice and cold. Highly recommended.

Excellent product. Just used camping in a tent, was not noisy and left on all the time. It kept milk, bacon, etc cold for 4 days. I did put freeze blocks in, but these defrosted and the fridge still kept is all cool despite the tent being very warm.... It did leak water when it opened but I put kitchen roll on the bottom and this absorbed the water. Highly recommend this cool box for camping or as extra fridge space.... It also stores bottles of wine standing up!
