This machine works great. My daughter was getting spa treatments and we decided to try them at home instead of paying outrageous spa prices. We purchased this machine and absolutely love it. My daughter moved and took the machine with her. I wanted a spa machine for myself and purchased a cheaper brand. I tried the cheap brand sent it back and purchase another pink one. It works just as great as the one that my daughter took with her. I highly recommend this spa machine!!

Touchscreen stopped working exactly 1 month after purchasing so now I'm out of money and machine. Wish it would be replaced.

I absolutely love this product I use it for my neck line and jaw line, I had prior Lipo and it also helps with massaging my areas, and the suction cups for the buttocks gives such an enhancement

Disappointed After a Promising StartI really liked this machine when I first got it. It worked well and I was happy with the results. I’ve used it for a little over a year, and up until yesterday, everything was fine. Then suddenly, it blinked for a second and completely stopped working. I tried restarting it a couple of times, but nothing helped—it’s just dead.Unfortunately, Amazon can’t do anything since it’s past the return/exchange window, which is very frustrating.What made me purchase this machine for this price in the first place was the fact that it was on Amazon—I trusted that it would be a reliable product because of that. I expected better longevity for the price. It’s disappointing to invest in something that stops working just after a year. If I had known it wouldn’t last, I could’ve bought two of these for the same price on AliExpress.Well… you decide.
