Very durable
Very durable, makes no noise and is the perfect size for what I needed it for. Was very easy to set up and has great usb ports.

Looks good, works well.
Just installed cabinets for a media centre. Counted up needed 12 sockets, tv, soundbar,blu-ray, cable box etc.None of the above draw a large current and probably no more than 2 or 3 at once so quite safe to use.Only 1 plug was shaped and wouldn't fit so we had to find another location for that one.Straight line opposite sockets work well giving it a small footprint.Excess cable folds neatly underneath.Would have liked some usb sockets but not a deal breaker.

Very useful with eight mains plug sockets
This is a fairly rare extension with eight mains plug sockets. Total current with all sockets in use is 13A so be aware that this must not be exceed. The switch on it switched ON and OFF all the sockets. Good robust quality. Quick delivery.

Versatility with a Touch of Elegance 🔌⚡
In the realm of power distribution, the Brennenstuhl Primera-Line Extension Lead stands out as a sleek and functional solution for all your electrical needs. As someone who values both practicality and aesthetics, I was eager to put this power strip to the test. 🧐From the moment I unboxed it, the matte black finish and streamlined design exuded a sense of sophistication. The 2m cable length provided ample flexibility, allowing me to place the strip in strategic locations without compromising on cable management. 📐One of the standout features that caught my eye was the variable cable outlet option on both sides. This ingenious design allowed for seamless integration into my workspace, ensuring cables were neatly routed and minimizing clutter. 🧹The mounting facilities and cable clip further elevated the convenience factor, enabling me to secure the power strip to the wall or neatly stow away excess cable length. No more tangled messes or unsightly dangling wires! 🙌However, as with any product, there were minor drawbacks to consider. While the illuminated safety switch was a thoughtful touch, I found the overall construction to be slightly less robust than I had anticipated. A sturdier build quality would have instilled greater confidence in its longevity. 🤔Additionally, the lack of surge protection or individual outlet control might be a deal-breaker for users seeking advanced electrical safeguards or selective power distribution. 🔋Overall, the Brennenstuhl Primera-Line Extension Lead is a well-designed and practical addition to any home or office setup. Its sleek aesthetic, versatile cable management options, and convenient wall-mounting capabilities make it a worthy investment for those seeking an elegant and functional power solution. While it may fall short in terms of advanced electrical features, its simplicity and ease of use are undeniable assets. 👏

Good and sturdy. Cable could be longer.
Good and sturdy. Cable could be longer. Works well for a static, 'leave the plugs' in situation.

I didn't expect to be impressed with a mains extension but it's great
Yes, it's just a main extension. But it's so much better quality than any of the standard cheapo jobs I've bought before. The socket spacing is just right - the fattest plugs and the odd brick adaptor will all fit comfortably alongside each other, but the overall length of the unit is still reasonable. The cable can be clipped into guides underneath so that it exits either end as you prefer. Useful, as I could turn it round so that all the plugs were pointing the way I wanted, plus the green on/off switch is now at the far end, not the cabled end as shown in the product photos. This makes it much more accessible for me. Plus you can also loop around the cable on its underside to make the cable shorter, as I have. There's an orange neon inside the green button that lights up a standard power symbol. It's bright enough to be visible but at a sensible low brightness level, not silly bright as many LED indicators are these days - we have other products that can light a room. All the plugs pop in with a smooth, almost springy clunk. I wouldn't expect to be pleased with or even notice the tactile quality of a mere mains extension, but this is noticeably better quality than most sockets. It's reasonably lightweight, but still very solidly made. The loop sticking out of the end in the photos had snapped off on arrival, but I don't think this is intended to be part of the product - it looks like it's just for hanging in a shop while on display. If you want to mount it on anything then there are two keyhole screw holes on the underside - just screw in two screws of the right diameter at the required spacing then slot it on, to give concealed fixings.

Fine, but sockets are too close for larger plugs
This item works fine, but the 2 rows of sockets are too close to allow larger plugs (that have built in transformers). It required careful juggling of the plugs
