Festool496186 SELFCLEAN Filter Bag for CT 36, Quantity 5

I bought these for a Festool Planex 2/CT36AC drywall sanding setup. Dust control with these is superb. The bags are pretty expensive, but these thing will continue to work and provide good air flow/suction to the collector until they are totally packed full. So you're not dumping out a bag that is only partly used. You can use them until they are 100% full. Quality of the bags is very good.

All my Festool products are outstanding. Yes, they are a bit high priced but if you want top quality you have to pay for it. these bags are effective and easy to install in my Festool vac.

Best if you want to maintain OEM suction.

Best bags. These are not cheap but you can fill them without loss of suction.

First used this CT 26 for plaster/lathe removal. Pulled the first self clean filter bag out, and I am impressed. I've used many commercial grade vacuum cleaner and shop vacs, but this has to be the most impressive. I realize this is the review for the bags - but that's what I'm talking about. The vacuum and bag combo it the most impressive I've seen. The first bag was definitely full, no voids or pockets. It came out of the vac and felt secure. Very little sign of any dust on exterior. I can see how these meet HEPA standard.

Works great and are authentic. However they were delivered in the product packaging and the box was not taped shut. Only received 2 of 5 bags. Amazon sent a replacement order right away.

I used these vacuum bags for my Festool vacuum.They fit perfectly. No substitute. Very satisfying to know they are original equipment.

It is very nice to attach a vacuum to a power tool and have the dust generated by the tool end up in the vacuum bag rather than spewing at speed from the exhaust. These bags are an integral part of the Festool dust collection system and are well designed and constructed. Even removing and disposing of a full bag does not result in reintroduction of the collected dust to the environment. Furthermore, the interior of the vacuum is left as clean as when it was new.Though it is not advertized for use in allergy-afflicted households, I would be willing to bet that the Festool dust collection system would reduce the problems therein. The system is HEPA rated.

Verwende die Filter zusammen mit dem Abscheidesystem. Daher ist mein Verbrauch an Filtern nicht ganz so groß. Grobe Partikel werden im Abscheider getrennt und der Feinstaub über den Filter zurückgehalten. Und das machen die Filter aus meiner Sicht alternativlos.
