Totally worth upgrading.
Bought and been using this for almost 10 days now. Silent as expected. Good looking. Hassle free operation. My AC seems to be performing better because of this fan's air distribution. Hope to save money too on my bills. Premium built.

Large area coverage
Have four of stealth air BLRC fans. Volume of air circulated even at lower speed is very good, covers a larger area with lower wind noise.The remote is of poor quality. Technician has to replace from his stock and take back one came with the product.Other draw back is you cannot use one remote for multiple fans (if you set up one for two, then fan will simultaneously)

Good product
It is truly stealth, you won't hear any noise. Totally remote controlled, no need to use regulator. Havells technician will only fit the fan at its place, you will have to remove the old fan by yourself or pay wxtra charges for that.

Not worth of 7k
Not worth of 7k, bcz its not dust resistant, and had few issues likeRemote sensor had to be replaced as it was frequently disconneting.Sometimes fan stops all of the sudden this issue we need to raise.Check photos3 star for the looks, havells service and air quality.
