Good patches but does not stay on the body very well

I wanted to try patches because I didn't particularly care for the gum or the mints, even though those help me much better. I was hoping this would help me but I found that it seemed to increase my cravings. Maybe I'm just a strange person. I tried several placements of the parts, my arm, back, chest, thigh. I used the whole pack thinking it would take time. Also, the patches would not stick to me well. I found myself have to strategically place the patches for the best hope of staying in place. I'm sorry, I was really hopeful because it has great reviews, but it did not work for me.

I tried multiple patches - this one sticks every time and doesn't peel up. It s also more transparent and can be halved. Vastly superior to more expensive brands!!
