Ive only had mine since Dec 18th and about 2 weeks ago my heat press for shirts quit heating so now trying to contact them to see about the warranty on it because no information on here . Like I've only had it for maybe 5 months if that . Ive only pressed a little over 1300 times and like half of that was just bringing it down to quit the beeping once heated up but it counts it as a press which is crazy but it is what it is.

Q: What kind of printers do I have to use?

You need a printer that uses sublimation ink. There is a lot printers available. You can also covert some Epson printers into sublimation printers!
