Best international shipping I've ever tried. Worth every penny!
Place 250g Wild Rice in a large saucepan. Stir in 900ml of boiling water. Add salt to taste. Return to the boil, cove and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the grains have popped. Take off the heat and keep the pan covered for a further 5 minutes, then fork through the grains with a knob a butter, if liked. To reduce the cooking time, cover generously in boiling water and soak for 4 hours. Drain and cook as above using 600ml of water for 20 minutes
