I thought I'd find some wax tucked away that I might have always missed with the qtips.No wax lumps whatsoever, it feels like sweat sometimes so I wipe the ear canal with qtips and that gets rid of it.I found some dead dry skin that I was able to scrape out. It looked big on camera but was very tiny when I took it out. It was inconsequential.I found out that the ear canal is lined with hair and qtips actually don't go too close to the ear drum.Beyond the ear canal that is lined with hair begins a hairless skin of maybe the length of a qtip head and ends with the ear drum. Touching even this hairless skin even slightly causes a bit of pain, it's sensitive.So I think it's safe to assume that it's not possible to poke the eardrum without at least feeling like you're about to. But the notion that you could push the wax further in might be true still.Hopefully one day I will find and scoop out a lump of ear wax. Having this exclusive tool that I feel I may never use but is so cool to play with makes me feel like Batman. The battery better keep up until then, so far so good but it's a Chinese product.

Bought this product 1 year back. Just like most Chinese products- Cheap, does what it says but battery very short lasting and already showing signs of deterioration. not getting charged properly and charge remains for max 2-3 mins. so ahve to use with charging wire on. Not recommended though.

Disappointed. Even after fully charging, the battery doesn’t last for more than two minutes! This makes the device practically useless, as it turns off in the middle of use. I expected much better quality from this brand. Definitely not worth the money.

Camera quality isn’t that great. It’s easy to use and install. It does work. Camera could have been better for good quality view.

Not working after 6 months, couldn't able to contact the service! 1200 for just 6 months I guess. Gave 1 year warranty. The LED lights are off and not turning again.
