Great penetration with these! And they pull out of foam targets with ease. So far no signs of bending, that was a concern I had.

These are 340s and come with inserts.
2 stars for the seller, not the arrows.Description is too vague. Had to ask what spine they were. Does not show that the DO come with inserts so I wasted money buying some just to find out that they do.
