It works, carpal tunnel has disappeared
I was sceptical but needed something to alleviate my carpal tunnel. It wasn't severe but I could feel it was going to get worse over time and seeing as I work 10 hours at a desk and game at a desk for hrs I needed the extra support. Didn't want a ghastly gel slab on my desk and thought this little device would be better. Can honestly say after a few days using it my carpal tunnel symptoms are gone. Game changing is what this little thing is. Pricey but worth it and it glides across my mouse pad like a dream.

Good but expensive for what it is
This is such a simple thing but it works well. It’s just a small piece of plastic and rubber which you rest the base of your mouse hand on. It glides easier over the mouse mat, and helps keep your wrist in a better position

Great Wrist Wrest
Great wrist wrest very comfortable and feels premium. It’s a bit pricey,But worth the money,I had a generic ergonomic one before this one,And it’s no where near as comfortable as the Carpio 2.0,I highly recommend,Only mouse wrist wrest you will ever need.

It works
Simple but very effective and I definitely miss the comfort of it when I don't use it. Expensive in a way but product design and courage costs money and I'm grateful someone made the effort

Spend More and Get an MX Ergo Mouse Instead
I've been experiencing pain in my right elbow, so wanted to improve the ergonomics of my mouse / desk. I like the idea behind Carpio 2.0 and had been using it with a Logitech MX Master 3S, but it doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. The pain in my elbow did improve slightly (not completely gone), but Carpio causes additional discomfort in my forearm and shoulder because it forces forearm elevation. It's also caused discomfort and swelling near the outside-bottom of my hand / wrist. If the rubber mould were more forgiving here then it wouldn't be a problem, but as it stands it's no different to the same part of my hand / wrist being impacted by the solid surface of my desk all day.The price is insane as well. I understand upfront investment in tooling to produce these things, but £35 is bonkers. The only reason I stumped up the cash is because I don't put a price on my health. One minor plus is the Carpio 2.0 makes gliding between mouse and keyboard a joy for me, but my wife and I share an office at home and the constant "swooshing" sound of me sliding what's essentially a miniature snowboard around on my desk for 7+ hours a day drives her (understandably) up the wall. My mechanical keyboard and intermittent desk percussion was already testing the limits, the Carpio is a bridge too far.I've found using a Logitech MX Ergo mouse offers a greater improvement. Pair it with a bog standard wrist wrest and forget the Carpio. if it wasn't too late, I'd be returning it.

I loved the right hand but the left well…
I remember first seeing these products and thinking absolute rip-off and as someone who suffers with MSK issues, carpal tunnel is an everyday pain - I gave it a try, at first it was a bit tough to get used to but then it became life changing. An amazing product.Unfortunately I was riddled with a lot of adds stating how the left hand version also solves the problem when using a keyboard, encouraging to get rid of our wrist rests. So I caved in due to my previous experience.I was wrong, so I Delta. I would not recommend using this for keyboard, especially if your keyboard has a bit of height or tilt to it, it causes wrist pain like no other, so was utterly disappointed and had to return.I hope they go back to the drawing board with this one. They need to raise the height and also possibly add the space for two wrists that allow the rest to extend/retract.

Comfortable and gives better precision in mouse use
Still getting used to it but my carpal tunnel symptoms are less, and I'm finding that I'm a bit more responsive and precise with using the mouse.

It's different
I'm not entirely sure what I think of this. It's comfortable, looks and feels very slick. I dropped a star on it because it's expensive for what it is.
