This grater is lovely. It is sharp and comfortable to use with its smooth, sturdy silicon handle. The “cup” that sits into the bottom of the grater is a fantastic idea too, allowing you to neatly pour your grated ingredients where you please. My only complaint is that not all the grated material falls inside the grater, and some pieces fall around the grater. Regardless, great grater - pick this one up if you’re in need!

I have had a flat, one sided grater that I never used. I had to grate a bunch of block cheese and this worked perfectly. I sprayed it with cooking spray and the cheese never got stuck once. I layer it sideways and the cheese just dropped into the middle and I could then drop into a baggie. It’s got a really strong handle and the whole unit is sturdy.

This grater works very well. What I like most is that the measuring cup fits inside the grater for easy storage. This was a clever way to not take up more storage space.I have purchased several Gorilla Grip products and I have not had one complaint.

Works well, catches vegetables in a convenient cup, cleans up easy.
