Leakage alittle when refilling from behind, but the ease of cleaning and having hot water on tap. I use distilled water, so it tastes nice, it's not noisy and it looks good and I've had it for a while.

I bought this for my aunt so she could have instant boiling water on tap. It also means she doesn't have to lift a kettle, which she finds difficult die to arthritis in her hands. It has been working really well for her, as she just uses a small plastic jug to refill it. It is also very nice not to have to wait for the kettle to boil, especially first thing in the morning. Highly recommended!

I should have went with my gut after reading the - reviews. Worked ok for about a week but now it’s useless. When the tank reaches 2 litres it only dispenses a trickle at a time. Takes about 5 minutes to pour a cup of hot water. Not only that when you fill it up water drips down the back over the electrical cable. Sending it back for a refund.

Bought this product to help me as I have some mobility problems and can become distracted and unsafe in the kitchen at times. This water boiler is great. I can make myself drinks all day with minimal effort, there's no noisy reboiling or struggling to lift the kettle. It uses less energy being on 24hrs than it would boiling the kettle every time you want a cuppa. We conveniently have the temperature set to 85* as we drink black tea/coffee so we're not wasting energy boiling to 100* then cooling with cold water like we used to. We all have noticed we drink more too which is great for keeping our fluid intake up. We only need to top it up once per day but depends upon your use. My carers use it with cooking e.g. to get veg boiling, make instant gravy etc. Our carers, family and friends seem to all think it's great too. Cheaper than a boiling water tap!

We bought this for the local hospital, as they only had a HUGE broken Birko. With this dispenser the water is kept just off the boil, which gives you instant hot water at the top setting. You also have a choice of other temperatures which is the perfect option for green teas and coffee. As far as convenience, its great, but it COULD look a little better, and although its very light and movable, it seems slightly cheaply made. Saying that, I have had no problems with it so far.

Boiler worked perfectly for about 18 months then the pump motor failed. I contatcted ADDIS only to be told it wasn't a replaceable part. So I found the pump in China and using Ali Express (Electric Kettle Hot Water Pump Motor Drive Small Bottle Water Pump Water Cooler Motor DC8-12v Around Water) for less than £2 including shipping. Waited about a week and replaced it. Strip down was easy only 4 screws holding the bottom on, 2 screws holding the pump and 2 wires to the motor. Please note, Some soldering skills required. Maybe someone could help you to fix it.So dissapointed in ADDIS but it is working again.. :-)

Read the instructions carefully until you understand them and you will find the water heater is really easy to work. I set it to 85° and it was a perfect setting for our tea all evening. When I went to bed I set the mode for it to save electricity for 6 hours which was fine for us getting up for our breakfast.
