I thought this product was great. Tastes like a hug in a mug when blended with warm milk (plant based milk) I used a hand held frother but it could also go into a smoothy or plug in milk frother. I add it to my tea latte and it adds a little creamy texture but can’t taste any difference really. I think the serving size compared to the ounces and number of servings makes it a good deal. Noticed a bit more clarity in my thinking and focus.

Not sure if anyone who would find this review useful will see it. LOL. But I bought this to use as a base as food for my springtails and isopods. I mix it with some good calcium/mineral powder and powdered greens. They go crazy for it. Even the Ivory and Dubia roaches like it. Excellent food for baby roaches.
