Very good - almost great
Easy to assemble.Sharp and does the job.Real Ash handle looks lovely but is a bit of a pain because it's actually quite slippy, i.e. not a great grip.

had not realised it would need sharpening --- plus needed to be put together an i do not have the correct tool to do so an tighten it correctly -- so now have to wait for help from a palFeel it should have been advertised clearly stating it would need full assembly / sharpening
