Extremely good quality product

Very useful for a long travel when you don't have access to regular power. I survived dive days with this. My nord2 phones with 5000+mh battery got recharged 5 times. Only issue was its weight.. it's bulky and you have to think twice in a mountainous trek where every additional gram matters.

I have used this power bank less frequently. Only once during traveling and couple of more times in the last 6 months of purchase. I did charge it every month as per recommendation for storage. But it stopped working just after 6 months of purchase. None of the troubleshooting method worked (reset, power cycle etc).I have reached out to anker India support and they are honoring 18 months warranty by sending a refurbished product of same model. Hope this one will last longer.These power banks are not repairable (sealed permanently) and no option for replacing dead batteries without breaking the power bank. I doubt they will last more than the stated warranty period. This will just increase e waste.After this review Anker support has offered conditional full refund on collection of the replacement and original faulty device. Not sure they are going to collect the disassembled faulty devices and actually ever going to refund. This full refund option was never offered before. Overall not a great experience.

I have used this extensively for a trip for 8 days, in which i have used the power bank to charge iPhone 14 Pro, One Plus 9 Pro and a Macbook M1 Pro (16").It took about 2 hours for initially charging the power bank upon receiving as it was about halfway charged when i received it.I have used for charging the iPhone 2 times from (25% to 80% in 1 Hour while using), One Plus 9 Pro about 3 times from (30% to 80% 1.5 Hours while using) and Macbook 1 time (25% to 55%) before it gave up.I really think this power bank have lived upto the potential it should have, while maintaining the power delivery quick charging for the iPhone both times.I bought this for 7k, which i think is a little overpriced.

Best you can get for charging your phones, it's compact and has really great charging speed. Overheats a little but it's normal.
