I can feel this working on my first dosage!! Normally a supplement takes weeks or months to impact your system, but this respiratory formula allows you to feel the effects of easier breathing the first day!!! I can feel the clearing effects of Butterbur, Stinging Nettle and Bromelain working and clearing my lungs just a few hours after taking it!!! Great price considering this is a Three Month supply!!! I have been taking this product for about a week now. It may be helping some but results are hard to tell. Lots of time and products like this will take some time to show its effect. I’ve had a cough for over two months now, and this does seem like it may be helping clear some of it up. (Or it could be just good timing and it was clearing up without this product. Really hard to tell.). The capsules are easy to take. Worth giving it a try right now. Not a bad price at $25 for 3 month supply.

I was a covid nurse during the whole thing and it kind of wrecked my lungs. I have to use an inhaler occasionally when the wind picks up and carries allergens, so I figured I'd try this, I guess it works... Hasn't made them worse.

Both my partner and I smoke and have for many years. Mornings are disgusting with the coughing and hacking, NGL. I didn't think these were doing much at first, I felt negligibly less "lung itchy" after 2 days. I started slipping them to my partner and the morning after, for the first time in a LONG TIME I was not woken up by them coughing and hacking in my face. That alone is worth it!When the heat is on I would frequently cough all through the night, that's gone and a relief. I also feel that I can breathe deeper. These are a winner.

I didn't realize this blend of respiratory relief supplements contained the fungus, cordyceps, when I ordered it for my husband. He's allergic to all things fungi, so he can't take it. However, for a couple of days recently -- the first spring-like days we've had this year, something was in the air creating all sorts of havoc with my sinuses, so I tried this in addition to my usual generic Zyrtec, and the combo worked very well.I'm also giving it to a cat who has chronic congestive problems, especially in the spring. I just sprinkle a little into her wet food and she pays no attention to it. There's definite improvement in her breathing. I'm impressed and when my other cat with allergies has an issue I'll add a little to his food as well. Glad to have this!
