Very good quality, arrived with no damage, fully assembled, and uniform in size and shape, which is important for my project that calls for six planters to be lined up side-by-side evenly to create a wall where I’m planning to plant 6 to 8 foot tall, Indian laurel hedge plants. In a few years, they will obscure the housing development across the freeway that is impacting my view of the mountains from my back patio.Choosing the steel units was more expensive than the resin units, but I wanted long-term strength and the look of the steelThe finish on the planters with the bronze/gold detail is beautiful. A rich matte black.

Buy this! After searching many other sites for a planter box for our deck I decided to buy this one. I hesitated because of the price but other sites had ones just as or even more expensive.It came securely boxed with styrofoam protecting it. It has an insert with holes that allows you to only fill it halfway with dirt. There are also drainage holes in the bottom panel that you have to pull the plugs out. It is very heavy and sturdy. It should sustain strong winds. I hope it holds up for years because it’s beautiful!

Highly recommend. Have 15 of these planters in different sizes and they are the best. Also had several at two previous homes in the past seven years.

We are going to put plants in these containers use these on our deck for privacy from the neighbors. They are high quality, we are pleasantly surprised. They are sturdy/heavy and are not going to blow over. We live on the ocean, so the wind can pick up and we’re used to things getting blown over. However, they’re heavy enough that they aren’t going to have an issue blowing over. They arrived in good condition with no chips or cracks.

Great planter! Due to Fed Ex's negligence, the product was damaged with a dent and scratched-off paint in one area. It would help if the manufacturer/packer placed more cardboard protection around the planter before shipping. There are durable (hard/stiff) cardboard pieces packaged along the planter's edges and thin pieces of Styrofoam are packed on all sides of the planter. All of this is inserted in the manufacturer's box. The damaged area occurred on the front side of the planter because only the thin styrofoam and the manufacturer's shipping box were protecting the item. This does not prevent issues from potential shipper damage. This is an expensive product (even on sale) and should be protected better during manufacturing and packing for shipment. I am not sure if Amazon would put another box around this manufacturer's box, but it's worth a try to request it to avoid issues.

The planter has a nice look to it. It is also pretty heavy which is good in that it won’t blow over in strong winds. I would recommend purchasing this planter!
