Very firm
I got it for rehab use but the therapist told me it was too firm to use on my spine. I do use it for toe lifts and other leg exercises and balance. Found a great use for it…..just not for the reason I purchased it

What can I say. It is what it says it is.
This is a firm half-roll. If you are looking for a soft roll, this isn't it. But if you want a firm roll, this is it.I use this by laying on it to help "crack" and stretch my upper back.I am buying a couple more (1 for my car, and another to travel with).I like it and would recommend it.

Chiropractor recommended!
This medium density foam half circle has been perfect for my husband's back. His Chiropractor told him it would help his scoliosis and enable him to stand up straighter and it has! This half circle has been much more comfortable than the full circle one he used to have because it doesn't roll around!
