Works well, looks great
I got this just in time to bake 2 of my sourdough loaves. It worked better than expected. Didn't stain when I baked in it. And it looks beautiful! Love the color. If you're baking sourdough, since the pan is not thicker, put some rice under your parchment paper in the bottom and a pan on the rack under. Love the light weight of the pan.

Martha Stewards pots
These small pots are great for cooking small portions of rice, beans, etc. It cooks evenly and they are non-stick. Great bargain and add to any kitchen.

Nice pan but inside stains
The colour is very clean and crisp. It is not heavy. The inside began to look stained.

Useful & perfect
I cannot lift cast iron as easily as I used to. This pot not only is good to lift and manage but it is also substantial. It cooks my soups and stews as well as my old heavier pots did. I keep sn eye on what I’m cooking and stir often. No problem cleaning either(I use Dawn).

i just started my sourdough journey
and this dutch oven was one of my better purchases - i have not had one bad bread coming out of it! Easy to clean, heats up pretty well and is a great tool if you bake smaller batches of sourdough bread :)

BOUGHT USED FROM AMAZON - LIKE NEW
I love long, slow roasted chicken, turkey and other roasts. Sadly I had to give away my dutch oven because the cast iron was too heavy for me to handle (neuropathy and arthritis). After reading all the reviews on the different stainless - porcelain clad I was very happy to find this one (used - returned). It will be perfect. If you are wanting to get one of these to use for artisan bread, try place a tbsp or so of uncooked rice under the parchment paper before baking. This will ensure even baking without darker crust. This MS Dutch Oven is just so petty, too.
