Q: Can l Fold tricycle when not in use?

no but if you haven't bought then don't I couldn't get the handlebars to stay tight nor the saddle to stay secure in the end I dis mantled it and put it in the waste bin for the dustmen to take away. It was a complete waste of money as far as I was concerned.

No far from it! I expected to be able to complete it in an evening after work. It took two evenings.

Do you mean delivered already built? No idea, mine came still in flat pack box, like Ikea
