Global Knife Blade Guard - Size 1

This cover is a must if you have a global knife - I have bought the covers for each of my global knives as they fit perfectly, look good and are sleek enough that they don't take up room in the drawer. I really think that they are essential especially as the knives are so sharp and it protects both you and the blade. Great!

I have reviewed another Global knife guard in a different size elsewhere. Expensive and makes it tricky to fit in standard knife racks. Also the magnetic plastic used smells quite strongly, even after 3 months and a trip through the dishwasher.

I purchased two of the Global knife covers (size 1 and size 4) to protect two Global knives I was bought as a present. These are ideal for protecting the blade and ensuring safety when in the drawer with other kitchen tools.The covers are magnetic on the interior so provide a nice clipping action around the blade to protect it. I would recommend these covers for individual Global knives.

Shockingly poorly made. After all the comments below a competent company would have addressed these problems but nothing's been done.Bought two of these, and within days the magentic strip came off the rubber casing on BOTH of these.

Brilliant - probably a necessity really from a safety point of view as the knife really is razer sharp, and it will keep it in good condition.

Looks really cool but it did not last more than few months.Would definitely prefer if it was simpler and not that cool but durable.

These are perfect for storing your precious Global knives! I prefer to keep my knives in a drawer rather than on a magnet or in a knife block because I think that these are safer and more hygienic. They are made of flexible rubber with two flexible magnets inside which hold the knife perfectly in place without scratching the blade. I strongly recommend this range of knife holders to anyone that really cares for their cooking knives.

Good but if knife is not completly dry can cause rusting. Protects my wife's globals well to & fro to work
