Easy assemble, look very nice with decor , they are very sturdy but slide on vinyl floors when getting up from chairs do better on rugsIf any negativity I would suggest more weight toward of bottom legs of chair so they don’t tip getting upHighly recommend

This chair is a good product. It is wide, sturdy, and well padded. It is comfortable to sit in. I wanted a sturdy chair to do chair exercises in and this is perfect for that. I recommend it to everyone.

Build quality is poor —- slightly bent metal attachments and rubber supports/feet that are not durable and fall off.Price was good and chair is comfortable … however, would not buy again secondary to above.Update … I was using this chair (inappropriately) as a computer desk chair and constantly scooting it back and forth on a hardwood floor. I should have purchased a chair with wheels and not a chair like this with rubber feet/gliders that are more designed for a chair used in one fixed position. The manufacturer has contacted me and offered to replace the chair.Changing my rating from 1 Stars to 4 Stars : really great customer support and very sturdy & very comfortable.

EDITED REVIEW -- I was able to attach 3 of the 4 screws to the backs of two chairs (with much difficulty and virtually wrestling with the chair). I NEVER GOT FROM THE SELLER!!The chairs appear to be sturdy and comfortable, but I couldn't assemble them. The holes in the backrest don't align with the frame. I am trying to reach the seller to discuss options. I bought 6 chairs, and may need to send all 6 back. Right now I am focusing on resolving this because I would like to keep them if I can get backrests with holes that align correctly.

I am only giving this 3 stars because it is really a challenge to put together. Would it be too much to ask for the screws to be a little longer? When opening the box I was excited to see assembly was only 8 screws… thought I could assemble myself. You definitely need two people to put it together, had to be strong armed into place. Once assembled I have to admit it is a very nice sturdy chair, so I don’t regret buying it.

We purchased 4 chairs and 1 of the arm rests was damaged. See attached photo. Between unpacking and assemble, it took two people 2 hours to fully assemble 4 chairs. Everything fit perfectly, and it was a breeze to assemble. We love these chairs. They are both sturdy and attractive. We chose these chairs because of the weight allowance and look. We are not interested in returning anything.In closing, please let me know if there is any possibility of you sending us an arm rest?

Who does not want a strong chair? This is like a chair at a waiting room. Nothing fancy. But stronger than 80% of the chairs I encounter in different offices and places of business. This sturdy chair will last a long time. And, comfortable.
