Great for homebrewing wine
Used this to reduce the acidity and it did a great job using my pH meter I calculated a teaspoon roughly reduces 5 gallons of wine by 0.33pH. Be careful not to add to much though a mistake I made my first time.

nothing like and if you are making Mango or similar wine ...
people see use acid blend and then use citric acid , nothing like and if you are making Mango or similar wine you NEED this, A little goes a long way and saves having to make your own blend. Good stuff, came on time, will use again.
