It’s exactly what I needed for my EWI. Doesn’t take up too must real estate on the floor but does the job perfectly. Also, it’s heavy enough so that is won’t be easily knocked over.

You can see from the picture here that the designers of this stand probably didn't test their design when the AE-30 has the rubber water basin attached. The water basin catches on the rubbery protective layer that lines the inside of the holder.It's too bad because this would have been great otherwise.If you don't mind taking the water basin on and off every time you play this might be good for you.I managed to solve the issue, mostly anyway, by using some wire harness tape to level out the lip created by the lining. The water basin still catches ever so slightly but not enough to cause the water basin to detach. It's also still a tight fit with the water basin attached.

Good deal, easy to set up, just regret not having some kind of protection inside to plug smoothly my AE20, metal against plastic is not the best smooth fit ;-)

It will hold your AE. I find the idea that it's "professionally designed" a bit laughable. It was slapped together with no attention to detail, which is surprising because it wouldn't have taken more than a few minutes to make it look better. But like I said, it will hold your AE.
