I recently purchased this screen mesh roll and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and durability. The mesh is finely woven, providing excellent protection against insects and debris while still allowing for good air flow. The roll is generously sized, offering ample material for various projects around the house. Installation was a breeze, and the mesh fits perfectly in my window frames. GREAT SCREEN . IT IS REALLY SMALL SQUARES BUT THAT WAS OKAY TO MY HUSBAND HE SAID HE WOULD BUY IT AGAIN. OH YEAH, THE ROLL IS HUMONGOUS TOO.

I got this roll for two main reasons. One was to construct an ad-hoc back door screen for our oddly-sized sliding back doors, and the other was for needed repairs in other places when they arose. I've watched screen repair be done a few times, so I was ready to give it a shot.In the interim, though, I found a screen door that was almost the right size for the back door frame. The main issue was it's not tall enough, so I needed to use this screen to add a rectangle to the bottom of each panel.Now, putting aside the fact that I figure duct tape would do the trick (it did, but only lasted a few days), I will say that I had a difficult time cutting the screen to the size I wanted, and then trimming it properly, because it moved around so easily. I expected the holes to be aligned horizontal/vertical, kind of like tiny graph paper, but it wasn't at all like that. And depending on how much pressure I was putting on one portion of the panel I was working on, I found that it would kind of stretch out and/or contract around that portion.With quite a bit of work, edge folding and taping, I got the pieces to look like rectangles. But the only way they would STAY rectangular was to very securely attach them to the main screen.This mesh is thin, but it doesn't seem that much thinner than the door screen. There's just something about the quality of it that makes it unfocused and floppy. Again, not being a screen expert, I'm not going to judge. So I'll give 3.5 stars and round up to counteract the only other review here currently. This may have applications that I'm unaware of. But it doesn't look like the screens I watched get installed to get ready to fly solo!

The media could not be loaded. I replaced the damaged screen on the back doors with this stainless steel roll, and it’s been holding up for a couple of weeks now. My dog had torn through the old mesh, so I needed something stronger. This roll seems durable and the transparency is still decent, letting in a good amount of light. It’s easy to cut to size, and installing it by myself didn’t feel too complicated. So far it’s doing its job, though I’d still recommend keeping an eye on how well it withstands a larger or more active pet.

Great for fire mitigation around wood decks. Won't rust and keeps the pests from living under the deck.

Over priced for quality

This product is screen but it's so thin that it doesn't hold its shape so you it is very difficult to work with it would be a great product if it had stiffer sides to it
