Fantastic read from start to finish
What a gripping and addictive thriller I just had to finish this book in two reads !!! Just an amazing read.

Good twist at the end
Honestly, I was ready to give this book up half way through, it became a little boring, too sugary and predictable. However, I’m glad that I stuck with it. There was a good twist at the end.

An ok read but full of inconsistencies
Plowed on through this but it didn’t live up to the hype. It’s also badly in need of a major edit to fix the extra words in the text, missing speech marks and also quite a few inconsistencies where the author tells us the character has done something only to say it again in the next sentence etc. It is also very far fetched.Overall, there were parts that gripped me and made me want to keep reading and other points where I just wanted to finish it. 2/3 stars.

Utterly Thrilling
First time I've read a book by this author and she didn't disappoint. So many twists and turns and left you wanting more. I could not put this book down and was excited for the next chapter. I was kept guessing right until the end. Will definitely be reading more books by this author and would highly recommend this book.

Überraschendes Ende
Am Anfang hatte ich eher das Gefühl, dass es eine Liebesgeschichte wird. Aber das hat sich dann doch bald geändert. Das Ende war so nicht vorhersehbar. Unglaublich!

Good summer read
The beginning was slow but picked up later. Alice was an unsympathetic character to me with her alcoholism, her insecurities, her stupid decisions, her desperation...did I miss something? Her sister, Heather, was the opposite of her and made a more balanced storyline. The rest of the cast was boring and unbelievable. I have not read any books by Watson previous to this one. This could be a light summer read if you are bored. I was at 3.5 stars and rounded up.
