Worked for 4 months. Now It's gone whack! NO Customer Support!
Ordered on Mar 22, 2024. Worked okay for 4 months. Now it's gone bad. I can put the same item on it 12 times in a row, and get 12 different weight readings, differing from 2 lb, to 22 lb off from each other. And when I remove all weight each time, it shows anywhere from 3 lb to 42 lbs still on it, and the total flickers around like something on the platform was fidgeting, but the platform is empty! Power off and on doesn't help, taking platform apart and cleaning doesn't help. Warranty is useless. Tried going to company support site, but it requires an order number to accept but won't accept an amazon order number. No phone number or email in evidence on vendor's site. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!

I purchased this thinking a person could use it to be weighed, but that’s not the case it was for boxes to be weighed not people so I had to send it back, but it was very nicely made

‘A Weight We Go!’
I like it very much! Easy to understand, very simple and works perfectly! Bought this Vivor weighting scale before I traveled, no issue on the weights of my luggage at the airport, it matched perfectly! I bought 2 more when I came back for my mother and brother’s businesses!
