Will I have to remove the bath panel to fit this?

the waste basket replacement is screwed into a flexible waste pipe with a long screw. Remove the long screw carefully (so that when fully released you can still reach the flexible waste pipe and it doesn't drop out of reach with fingers or pliers) then no need to remove bath panel. Just reset rubber seal that sits under the waste basket and rescrew new one.

Do you also sell the screws to fix these

I enlarged hole and my old screw did the job

How to fit these if my sink doesn’t have scraw

I would suggest it is not the right one for your sink
