artificial smell reminiscent
I have been using palo santo for over 10 years, and I must express my disappointment with the product I recently received. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed a significant difference in scent compared to authentic palo santo.When I lit one of the sticks, I detected an artificial smell reminiscent of plastic, rather than the natural aroma I expect. Additionally, the sticks are all cut with an unnaturally uniform appearance, which is not typical of genuine palo santo wood.Given these concerns, I would like to request a full refund for this purchase. I believe it's important to maintain integrity in the products offered, and I hope you will address this issue to prevent misleading your customers.

smells amazing
Yes they don't keep burning until the whole stick is gone but there is no need for it burn that long. Couple seconds of smoldering is all it takes to have my 2000 sqft home smelling good. I don't even have to light them to get the fragrance circulating thru the house.

Difficult to burn
Not as strong of a scent as others I’ve used and doesn’t burn well but does the job.

Iv tried buying this twice and both times it has been damaged during shipping and sent back to sender. I wrote email to Ola blue and they won't respond to any issues at all iv still not received a response. Amazon just refunds me. This is real palo santo because my mother uses it and got me on it. Palo santo is never supposed to stay lit for those complaining. Light a pencil and see how long it burns. These are rich in resin. I'm so mad company won't respond I bought a different brand. Good luck getting it because usps is terrible. If you get it you'll love it. These are 1/2 in ×3/4 in sticks of really high quality palo santo and will stay lit as long as any other piece of wood, 1 minute max burn time if your lucky. Put fan on it if you want it to stay lit. Company don't care about customers though. 😞
