I've tried more home office chairs than I care to count. Some purchased new, some second-hand. Could never find one that was comfortable and solid.I was initially put off by the high cost, but after trying so many cheaper chairs, I realized that you get what you pay for. This chair is incredibly well built, and has every adjustment you could want. Comfortable and sturdy. Oh, and it comes fully assembled and is made in the USA.

I am 6'3" and was worried this chair would be too small, but it fits perfectly. I went from an Ikea Marcus for the last 6 years to this chair, and its night and day. I don't end my work day with stiffness and aches anymore. The chair is quiet, has so many different configurations, and arrives completely assembled. On top of all that, this is American made.

It came assembled and quickly, way faster than quoted. I am beyond excited to have this. The build quality is very nice. Thanks for the excellent chair. Happy ass.

I am 5 feet tall and need the right chair. This should be it. I have wasted a lot of money and time in search of the perfect chair. I like all the controls for this chair; it’s comfortable and fits me.. it also came assembled- my husband was thrilled. The seat could be a better cushion, but otherwise I am happy to keep this chair.

I've spent a considerable amount of time in my recently purchased chair (acquired in December 2023). The chair is sturdy, but, honestly, sitting in it for extended periods has become a source of stress for me.Before using this chair, my back pain was infrequent and manageable. Now, I experience a tense, stressed feeling in my back when sitting in it for less than 8 periods with a standup desk. Interestingly, when I return to the office and use a Steelcase chair, I don't feel any back pain, even after prolonged periods of sitting. My focus remains solely on work without experiencing any tension.Considering my personal experience, especially given my weight (168 lbs), I would hesitate to recommend this chair for those who tend to feel tense or stressed during prolonged sitting. It might not be the suitable choice for everyone's back, even for those with minor back issues. Particularly after using my office chair (Steelcase), I can confidently state that something seems amiss with the cushion. I feel as though I've purchased back pain and back issues with $1100+ chair.

Delivery issued a problem on how the packaging wasn't not properly holding up. They took the time to show me the box was in pieces and was giving the option to take it or send it back. Chair seems okay so accepted delivery, but the handling of the box was in pieces and label issues too. Really weird

Nice chair…for $200 maybe, price is crazy and can get similar or better chair for 1/4 price. plus you have to buy a head rest $$$$$$$$
