I love this. I fill it up with my water and put in my room, really convenient especially during the night. The spigot/bibb is a great idea prevents leaking or spilling. You can even reduce or increase the water flow. Brilliant. Thank you.

This unfortunately did not work for me. PROS: It was easy to assemble. Also, It’s very beautifully designed. CONS: It is not very functional at all. I bought it for lemonade and the nozzle didn’t work for pouring but ironically, it also slightly leaked. I kept having to take the full jar out of the fridge and pour from the top, which defeats the purpose. The lid also did not stay well.

I use mine for brewing kombucha and it works well, no leaks!

Stylish, great size drink despenser. The spout is somewhat hard to turn, making it difficult for people to serve themselves. The addition of a stand/holder would do wonders for keeping this thing from sliding around.

First one arrived broken, the packaging was minimal and this was a large glass item. I'm surprised as much of it was intact as it was for all their carefulness. Just one flimsy layer of packing sheet and two layers of thin cardboard. Of course it came with a giant cracked hole!So I made Amazon ship me a new one and this had ONE extra layer of cardboard but managed to arrive untracked.Here's the kicker though - the spout is NOT installed. The hole cut into the glass for it is very iffy and honestly the whole jar is pretty thin/cheap glass. We've tried to install the spout but either the hole in the glass is going to shatter or the spout just LEAKS. You can hear the glass crunching and threatening to Crack as you try to tighten the bolt.So ultimately after all the time, money, effort and hassle we are left with a leaky dispenser we can't even use. What a stupid product.

I’ve used this for over a year maybe for continuous brewing of kombucha. No leaking, reliable dispensing, and attractive on my countertop.

Expected water jar to be larger. Screw on lid thinner metal than typical Ball product. Water leak at spigot at first. Retightened to correct. Should have ordered a 2 gallon version.
