I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I took one capsule along with 4000mg of Vitamin C in a day, and the following day, I experienced a satisfying bowel movement. As someone who struggles with chronic constipation and dry bowel issues, regardless of my water and fiber intake, finding a suitable solution has always been a challenge. This particular probiotic, enhanced with the addition of prebiotics, appears to be the perfect match for my needs. It not only meets my expectations but also doubles the effectiveness of the probiotic itself. I highly recommend it.

Tried this product but made no difference maybe it was just ne but won't be buying again

Compared to the other products that I’ve found on the market, this particular product stands out as being superior and is a high quality product. I have experimented with various probiotic brands, but none have matched the effectiveness compared to this. Additionally, the price of this product is within my budget, making it even more appealing. I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone seeking a reliable probiotic option.

The media could not be loaded. Bought twice and both times expired date (8/2024). Frustrating....

For a one month supply this is rather overpriced. The 45 billion CFU per dose is nice and strong and should certainly help alleviate issues like IBS, but you can easily find cheaper alternatives (some even stronger) if you shop around.

This product works, and works well, I suffered with constipation and bloating for long time, and nearly gave up with ever finding a product that would help. Started taking this capsule once a day in the morning for about 3 weeks now and I have definitely noticed a difference in bowel movements and digestion. Would recommend this product.

Let me clarify, I do make sure to stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water, but I often struggle with constipation and feeling blocked up. However, these supplements appear to alleviate that issue by reducing the need for straining during elimination. In short, they have made the process easier for me.
