Have had problems with my knees for a while especially when squatting. These provide the extra support my knees need when lifting heavier weights. Highly recommend.

Always use strength shop gear. It's always best quality. I got these as lighter sleeves for squats just to keep the knee warm (there's no real support as such, for that get the double or triple ply). Fit exactly as I wanted. Was just at top end of one size so went a size up to keep it loose and give room to grow

Love these, I occasionally get knee pain on the odd session, nothing major but bought these just to add a little bit of support. For me I feel they add just a bit of additional support at the bottom of the squat and during some other lifts. Really rate these, will continue to wear!

Great quality product, with a good amount of elasticity. Keeps my knees warm, without any restriction. They fall down slightly off my quad during the first 5 minutes of warm up cardio, but as soon as you're in the rack they stay in place for squats.
