A brilliant herbal medicine
Isla-Moos gives a great relief to symptoms of upper respiratory infections. The taste is very nice too. I am very happy with these pastilles.

Something is not right
I have been using this for a while, used to buy them in the Middle East, and now when I travel to Europe. First time I purchased them in UK from here, and something is not right. The box is the European box, the strips inside have Arabic and English and they seem to be the Middle Eastern version. The pastilles are not arranged in proper order; and they seemed more brittle than they usually are; and definitely not as effective. I think these are tampered, I ate a few, but will not be having any more. I would like to return the second unopened box, and at least recover some of my money.
