Not a sturdy product
The attachment rods are shaky and don't stay attached securely. In addition, I've been missing parts.I've tried contacting theirCustomer service which is terrible!! I contacted Amazon who got me in touch with the seller who just ping ponged me right back to Amazon without any consideration of the issue.I would definitely not recommend!

The threaded ferrules that allow the stand-offs to attach are not securely inserted
The threaded ferrules just popped out as I started to attach the stand-offs. The ferrules are just held in by friction which in no way is sufficient to hold the towel warmer. The warmer itself would have been OK but I couldn't mount it so returned it.
