Adds a lovely lemon taste to food
I use this on sandwiches and grilled fish and chicken, once you get the amount right you get a lovely lemon taste coming through. As I don't use any salt in my food for health reasons I have had to find alternative herbs and spices to bring out the flavour of my food. This has been a great addition to my collection.
