Great idea but I would avoid adding food/ treats
I loved the idea, it is a great way to check up on your dog at home alone. The only flaw for my dog was that I put dog food in it as treats. I believe my dog thought it was a new kind of kong and her job was to get the food out. Needless to say, the SKYMEE is very resilient. While my dog destroyed the wheels I'm hopeful I can work with the manufacturer to purchase new wheels and it will be good as new.I would suggest if you have a food-happy dog I would not put any food/ treat inside and share that ability. It is for the owl's robots' protection. It also performs best on hard floors.Update- I asked how to buy new wheels and the seller is sending me replacements for free! Great seller!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
This product is a disaster. The setup instructions are terrible and offer no help. The app does not work and is utterly worthless. The website offers no help. It simply is impossible to use, will not work, and is a complete rip-off. Unless you are looking for an expensive door stop, DO NOT BUY.

I have received the order safely. the item is good, hopefully it can be useful and last long...After using it for a few days, I really like how easy it is to use this product. and the materials used are very satisfying, I really like this item!

Great little interactive toy for our dog!
A really cool interactive toy that our dog really enjoys playing with. It works well with the app. She likes getting the treats too.

Buggy app renders product useless
This was an item that I unfortunately decided to return. Upon initial unboxing, the camera itself feels like a robust, quality product. Its biggest downfall comes in its app that you are required to download in order to access the camera's features...I followed the directions provided to a T: I downloaded the app, created an account, and linked the device as instructed, taking care to make sure that I was connecting the device to the appropriate WiFi network. The unfortunate issue I quickly ran into is that majority of the time (I would say >75% of the time) the app would not be able to connect to the camera.Why spend > $100 on a product that is this finicky? Returned.

Manual navigation is the only way it works
I love the ability to look in on my little grandpup when I’m in another room but I have to say it does not freely play with him or follow him. Also I haven’t been able to make it disperse treats to my baby.

Waste of money and waste of product materials
Waste of money had to reboot it constantly and now it doesn’t even want to connect, and it moves on its own without anybody or anything, touching it as if someone is hacking it
