My office had a ribbon cutting. This kit was everything we needed to make the event a success. The scissors were even good quality and cut well. We have found past orders were not quality scissors. I highly recommmend these.

The ribbons don’t have any kind of instruction to make them

I want to start off with the con to get it out of the way. My biggest problem and really my only complaint about this package was that the yellow balloons popped super easy. I would blow up a balloon it would touch the floor and it would pop… I would blow a balloon and it would pop. During the grand opening ceremony several more of the gold balloons popped…. Black ones were perfectly fine….Everything else was absolutely perfect. The banner was a great size and although out of the box, it felt cheap and flimsy it actually ended up looking really good once hung up.I love the ribbon and the scissors that came with it! It definitely made our grand opening look really good

This Grand Opening kit really helped to decorate and make our celebration spectacular! Great value!
