I was very sceptical about this item and thought it was rather expensive, but it is worth every penny. It's so versatile, i take it everywhere with me, work, home ect. Highly recommend, really supports your back and is extremely comfortable.

Medium size male, the seat it’s easily on my normal chair and I fit comfortably on it. No more slouching.

This has been such a help. It is so comfortable and fits on my desk chair, work chair and even in the car on long journeys. So easy to use and the quality is brilliant. I am learning piano as a hobby and needs to sit on the piano stool for long duration. This can very very tiring for my bad back. With this back support I can practise with less strain on my back and it corrects my posture too.

I have a slipped disc but this supports my back in all the right places. It can be used on an office chair (in conjunction with a stable foot-rest), couch, car, on the floor, even in bed! Even if you don't have a back problem you should get it.
