Crabtree & Evelyn Triple Milled Soap Set, Summer Hill

I am a dude, but appreciate quality things, soap is one of them. We all use it, might as well not be as harsh as Dial. My wife was given one of those French Milled LARGE oval bars of soap. The thing lasted forever. It had a nice scent, but not to feminine. I was trying to reproduce that... While no where near as large, and not lasting as long, this soap is wonderful. I will say, the fragrances used may make some areas, particularly on women, how you say... burn? So..yeah, there is that. But for me, I love it. Creates a wonderful, rich lather that lasts, smells good... Just one problem... COST TO DARN MUCH, but I guess the name carries some justification for needless markup.Will I buy again? Probably not. Not because of any fault of the soap, it is wonderful in every way. It is just too expensive, and with others still having to have another bard of soap for some areas, my search will continue for the right bar.

The soap is quality, but the smell is horrendous. . it smells like a bunch of old ladies in a nursing home .

Another excellent quality product with a great scent. This one seems to have a fine pumice which was a surprise and a welcome one at that. Great but not overpowering scent that sticks with you for the better part of the day. The bar of soap seems to last forever. I shower at least once a day and i find myself wanting to shower again in the afternoon just to enjoy this luxurious soap. Its expensive but worth every penny. God willing i will never bathe with another brand of soap again.

it is an ok soap,, It is gentle on my aging skin..Only problem does not have much of a pleasant smell as I expected it to. The bar is problem for me to hold on. Found it hard to find as not too many stores that carry Crabtree and Evelyn any more.

I have always loved Crabtree & Evelyn products as their fragrances are clean and crisp and aren't super strong as other can be. I love the summer hill collection and use the drawer liners as well to make my drawers and closet smell nice. They have closed all the Evelyn & Crabtree establishments around me so I must order online and I'm so sad about this as I loved to go into their stores and sample/smell the new fragrances but can no longer do that.

I love these soaps, hence why I ordered them. They smell so good, wash so well and are softer on the hands than regular soaps. Also, Amazon is quick to ship the products one orders, which is a big bonus when you wish and need something to be delivered quickly!

It arrived promptly, but it has absolutely NO SCENT at all. No, there is nothing wrong with my sense of smell.I was so looking forward to the Nantucket scent that reviewers raved about and so very disappointed. I paid $23.00 for the 3 bars.I guess it just got too old in storage. I do note this product comes in plain boxes, just raw, with nothing sealed in cellophane. I will probably return it..

I love the smell and it is great to slip into a drawer with your dainties; the smell makes you smile and washing with it leaves you gently fragranced. It is quick to suds and a subtle lingering smell on the skin. Try this soap and you'll fell pampered and clean.
