Best brush I own.
I love this brush. The quality is excellent and it makes cutting in so much easier than any other brush I have tried. I'm a newbie DIYer, painting every room on my house. There is a lot of cutting in to do. I wish I had bought this brush when I started. I'm already four rooms in - walls and ceilings. I got this brush in time to do the stairs and landing - thankfully. The width of the brush, the cut of the "bristles", the long handle all combine to make this brush an excellent tool for the job. I'm now quite good at cutting in. It's the most expensive brush I have ever bought, probably 3 times the cost of the previously most expensive. It's worth every penny. Would not hesitate to recommend. It's a keeper and a looker after.

but a good brush that much is clear
Not quite as life changing as some might have you believe, but a good brush that much is clear. We had builders in for a few weeks and they were raving about them, so for a load of internal decorating I had to do, I tried it. I'm not mad on the long handle (not that I have to use it) but there is no question you can cut into edges very effectively with this. I am an "enthusiastic / experienced amateur" and I can do corners now with a razor sharp edge with this brush, it's all in the holding your breath and splaying the brush - watch a few youtube videos for "cutting in".Only reason I am marking it down a notch is that (i) it's expensive (ii) I've been using it for a number of weeks now across several internal jobs and despite much cleaning it is stiffening up a bit. I will accept this might simply be lots of usage or poor cleaning on my part but I expected a bit more longevity. But if you have some painting to do where accuracy is key, no question this will do the job. I think I would buy again.

Worth the money
In my opinion the Purdey range of brushes/rollers/extensions are well worth the extra over B&Q/Wickes brands. Harris doesn't come close to these and they are only a little cheaper. This range of brushes (with emulsion or other water based paints) can be used repeatedly without a drop off in quality of finish so pay for themselves after a few uses. More importantly, the paintwork finish is perfect.

Fast delivery. Excellent brush while it lasted
!Update 17th may!I have thrown the brush in the paint bag. Brush bristles have lost their shape. Brush was good while it lasted.Bought this brush as it came recommended by painter Chris berry of idaho/ B &K painting on YouTube. The brush doesn't dissapoint! I been painting for a few years now and I was using a purdy 3inch xl glide elite for nearly 1 year. The bristles on this a bit stiffer but also does lay-off the paint really nicely. Defo recommend.

Spend The Money And Get A Quality Brush And A Great Finish
I have always struggled with my finish when painting walls - how to get that neat joint at the ceiling and around doors and skirting boards. After a little research I kept seeing this brush being recommended by professional painters. So, thinking there must be something to this I gave it a go.From then on the finish to my painting is top notch! The brush has a long wooden handle and long bristles but they are not thick. It's the best brush I have ever bought!

Best brushes EVER!!
Brilliant brushes, SO easy to use, cleans up great & a fab built in cover that keeps the bristles neatly in place ready for your next painting job. Not cheap, but then quality rarely is!

Great brush
I am not a professional, but after going through loads of brushes during long re-decoration, I found this one much better than any other. Bristles did not fall out, held psit well without dripping, washed well and left lovely finish
