These National Geographic maps are very useful whether you were just driving through or hiking

I bought this map for my son, as he and a buddy were going to GNP this past summer. Then he didn’t even want to take it with him. Well I studied it over, looking at the places/trails I’ve been to. Also dreaming about other places in the park that I will never get to see. Anyway, I recommend this map if you need a good one.

I have the same view of this National Geographic Trails Illustrated Map as the one I expressed for Map No. 313. I have a slew of these maps depicting terrain all over North America. I'd feel...well, lost, if I didn't have one in my hip pack!

absolutely best map set for Glacier National Park. Easy to read, accurate, indestructible.

High level of detail. Waterproof certainly came in handy. All the trails and major hazards are clearly listed and the altitude change is easy to understand. This is a must if you are going to GNP and want to hike.

Just what you need for a close up look at trails by specific area, but the map covering all of GNP is probably just as useful
