Poor packaging and damaged product
Like the product. However when I received my order boxes of tea were broken open !It was a mess and some of the tea bags were torn open. Very disappointed at how my product arrived!!

tea from Dollar store was slightly better
I drink a lot of tea. I buy loose tea as well as tea bags. This had good reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try.From the reviews I was expecting a lot more flavor. I wouldn't be able to distinguish it from the generic tea I got at the Dollar store. Which I enjoyed very much for a buck. This was a lot more than a buck and it isn't any better and I really enjoyed the Dollar store tea more.Won't buy it again, but I'll use it.

Bags tear easily
These bags tear apart for no reason. The tea itself is delicious, which is a shame since I don’t have time to strain my teacup due to broken bags.
