Once assembled, great.

Difficult to use, but customer service is wonderful
ETA: Working with the seller is incredibly easy and they have wonderful customer support.Despite checking and double checking the sizing, this will not adjust to my size. It is difficult to adjust and prone to falling over.It does not work if you have much difference in size between your top and hips.

Height adjustment impossible
The plastic locking nuts are terrible. The thread is so aggressive you need mole grips to turn and release the lock. This makes it impossible to make height adjustments. Very disappointed
