I love buying in bulk and at times it means it will have bone in it. I love using my knives to cut bone

Hefty knife but...
the fit & finish is sub-par with visible dent on rivet, gap in handle, pits on blade, etc. I wonder if these are factory seconds as the brand is generally better than this. Also, the box I got seems opened prior.
