The materials in this package were well made, and it came with ample instructions. I am not a physics person, so I let my husband figure out how to use all the testers, and he did within a short amount of time, and everything seems to be working. I used the mat for several hours on the first day. I had a weird back pain that arose suddenly right before, and that almost disappeared within about 10 min. It didn't make any difference to sleep quality however, which is the main thing I had gotten it for. I think this equipment will have different effects on different people, depending on what the ailments you are experiencing are caused by. That doesn't take away the fact that these items are well made, and the testers are good, of the kind that are also sold elsewhere for other purposes. I also liked the socks; they were surprisingly comfortable and something I will need if I use the mat on a regular basis, as I get cold feet quickly and the mat feels a bit rubbery just with bare feet on it. Will this solve my sleep issues in the long term? Possibly not, but you won't know until you try, and I am convinced that the mat is doing what it is supposed to be doing. I may try the grounding sheets as well and see if that makes a difference.

I purchased this set a week ago. Everything you could need is included even though the “what’s included in the box” didn’t mention the grounding wand. I contacted customer service and got an AI response saying kits of this type don’t usually contain the wand. Since my outlets are grounded and I really didn’t need the wand and the rest of the items added up to significantly more than this kit, if purchased individually, I decided to take the plunge.First off, yes the kit did come with the wand so I was pleasantly surprised.There is a 2 sided sheet with instructions on how to test the mat. The kit comes with the tester. Everything checked out in working order. I attached the cord to the mat and have been using it every day.The reason I bought the kit is because after back surgery I’ve had numbness and tingling in my feet and legs. I don’t know if I’m getting a placebo effect or not, but they seem the slightest bit better, although even without grounding my feet feel better sometimes and worse at other times. I will continue to use the mat to see if they progressively feel better.I read that grounding can also help with inflammation. Since inflammation may be causing some of my symptoms, I will continue to use the mat.Today I tried the socks. Since I have the kit with multiple cords, I was able to plug both socks in. When I plugged the first plug in I felt a very mild tingling…placebo? I’m not sure. We’ll see. I saw reviews about only receiving one cord with the socks but I just found out only one cord is needed for the whole body to be grounded so I think I’ll just use the one cord going forward. I’m also going to try the socks with the mat…I’ve read that you can use the socks without plugging them in and just plugging in the mat so I’ll try that as well because the weather is getting colder.All in all I’m very pleased with this purchase and the value received. I’ll continue to use the mat and the socks and will update this review if/when I see improvement.

I love it. Everything came in exactly as described great quality the testers work. Everything is exactly as described. I also ordered another product and conjunction with this one and it is the best sleep I’ve ever gotten.

The Sox are uncomfortable to wear.The pad comes with a spring style chord that makes staying plugged in a challenge.

I do feel like the first few days of using this I felt better but...The material it is made out of is not very comfortable to sit on. It made me sweat wherever I was in contact with it. Because of this, I just did not use it.

Can't tell if it works because I don't feel a difference... tried it a few times since I purchased it... most recently being yesterday 1.17.25

Get the mat with the tester and socks. Extra cords are included. instructions are included. It was worth the extra cost to get this one. It works fine, and the cord is nice and long.

My package was missing the grounding rod and cable and also one cable that plugs into socks or mat.
