Signal Booster for DJI Mini 3/Mini 3 Pro/DJI RC Parabolic Range Extender Antenna Range Extender Transmitter Signal

It works, but not in the way you may think. It will not "Boost" your signal. Nothing really will. If you're surrounded by buildings, that will get in the way of the signal and you're going to run into issues. In my case, I launch my drone off the 3rd floor balcony of my apartment complex so I'm always up high over the buildings. The antenna works best when pointed in the same direction as the drone.For lack of a better term, it directs the signal more accurately to and from the remote controller. What does this look like in practice?1) More satellites. You'll get connected to more satellites, in quicker time. I was averaging anywhere from 21 to 25, and with the antenna I'm almost always getting at least 31.2) Less shuttering. Before, I noticed that as soon as I drop to 3 bars of connection, the video feed between the drone and the RC would stutter, like a frame drop. With the antenna, this is no longer the case. The signal is still going to drop at the same distances, but there are more data packets going to and from the controller with the antenna attached, which means less stuttering when I start to lose signal.I bought this fully expecting it not to work and to have to return it, but was surprised to find that it does work in my specific situation. As I said before, if you're gridlocked by other buildings, Wi-Fi signals, etc., you're probably not going to notice this as much. But if you're able to get up high when you fly your drone, or you're in a less cluttered area, this might make your video feed cut out a lot less. For me, that's worth it.

This does not work , whether I’m on 2.4GHZ OR 5.8GHZ SIGNAL still gets lost and I’m not even 0.4 away , trash for real!

Works as I expected. Although it doesn't "extend range" necessarily I can confirm I was receiving a stronger connection as I was connecting to more satellites in my various tests. It fits onto the controller fairly easily and install was easy.

The media could not be loaded. Shot this same Hyperlapse Video with and without the antenna booster. Even though I was in FCC power mode, I had keep adjusting the direction of remote without the booster. With the antenna booster, I set the control down and never adjusted it. It kept full bars for the 10 minutes of Hyperlapse shooting. Later flew it out 10,000 feet and still had full bars, since I was loosing sight, I turned around. This antenna works better than any antenna I have tried before! I no longer have to find the sweet spot anymore, aiming the remote at my Mini 3 Pro

Parts were missing. Box was damaged and taped closed (poorly). Looks like a return that was stuffed in a box and shipped off to me.

This doesn't necessarily extend the range of your drone but it will make more satellites available, I had 26 satellites before I used this device I had 34 after. So it works but distance wasn't improved, this would be useful in a city environment

This antenna actually did improve my reception and it picked up at least 5 to 8 more GPS satellites and in a quicker time

The price was right but does absolutely nothing to help distance.
