This is so fun! I plugged it in and it worked perfectly. The software is easy to use and install. The software is in the TF card, next to the files. I easily put videos in it and even put a YouTube video on the software. It works great! Just make sure that the video fits in the dotted circle. I used Vedeezy to get the videos and turn them into BIN files. If you know how to do everything, you can load videos from the device you are using. I managed to get a Minecraft clip on. Just don’t get a super high resolution image and try to use that. It just comes out as something that looks like a glitch.

I bought this to use for Overdose Awareness Day on 8/31, it came with 2 clear plastic pieces that are probably some sort of stand, who knows cuz there is no possible way to use them!! I have the device connected by bluetooth to my phone and it spins, the middle is blue but I can’t get anything to work on it!! I’m so frustrated because i NEEDED THIS FOR FRIDAY!! How do i return this for a full refund??

This is the first time I purchased such device and I'm really in love. Not the densest in pixel but still it looks amazing!

Very cool item and concept. HOWEVER, things are lost in translation between China and the US. The instructions and remote I received were not the item I ordered. The Chinese website to get the software is not liked by my security software. I cannot change that per my employer since I work home from time to time. Bin files are also not very prevalent, so converters are hit and miss. If you have more freedom and time to experiment, these 3d fans are really cool. Hence my two star rating versus one. The creators of this item need a more user friendly unit and software for North America markets and systems. Once they do that, I will try again down the road. Refund Requested.

Cool gadget. Would give it 5-star review if I could access the 700-item video library. My android phone doesn't like the app. And it's very difficult to find a bin file converter for the computer. Needs work for the American market for sure.

The media could not be loaded. This is a fun new technology toy that can be used in various applications. I think it would be good at a party setting, in restaurant, or maybe a presentation, or on a desk at an office or store? The fan sound is audible but it’s encapsulated so the blades are safe. It comes with a stand, remote and programming instructions. I’m excited to gift this and see what new ideas come from it.

Don’t buy, doesn’t work. Remote says Bluetooth but looks nothing like the picture listed or in the instructions sent. The email provided on the box does not work, the program is in a foreign language and the seller keeps saying to email but again doesn’t work.I sent messages and they just stopped responding! I don’t understand. I can’t get the program to run or the device to work. Waste of money!

The media could not be loaded. One of my best buys here in Amazon. It's not easy but you can set it up just make sure to down load the 5ddisplay app on your memory card to your computer and choose option f11 to down load your bin file. It's easy once you do it once. It doesn't take a couple of Drs to do it
