This stuff has made me a happier person, and I'm not usually a morning person AT alllllllll but this mixed in my coffee puts a little pep in my step! It did take a bit to get used to my coffee being a little gainy as all of it does not dissolve but now I don't mind it.I really didn't notice it at first but now that it's been a few weeks I'd say it's a pretty substantial change to my mood. It lasts though the day too, I feel like I'm just nicer to everyone lol! I'm subscribing to have it delivered monthly. I hope they never discontinue this, I love it so much!!

Helps with mood
Since adding this to my daily routine I have really noticed a positive difference in my mood. It is unflavored BUT it still taste like mushrooms so I only add it in with my protein drink to mask the taste.

It tastes good mixed with my chai tea, and I seem to be in a better mood, but who really knows. I couldn’t find it at my local grocery, so I ordered it on Amazon. It seems to be the same quality and around the same price. Would recommend!

Took out of the box, twisted open cap and powder spilled EVERYWHERE before I could even fully unscrew cap. The "SEAL" didn't work. Seller doesn't return product. Do not buy.

Use this and the sleep chocolate which helps me go sleep on 30 min and I deep sleep ..this helps my over all mood and stress levels I'll continue to buy

Good results
I was surprised that I noticed an effect with this right away. I have been in a high stress new job this year and I started adding it to my morning coffee about 6 weeks ago. I am almost to the bottom of my can and I have subscribed to get this replenished. I have been eager to try some of these herbal supplements but so many supplements are in gummy bear versions these days. What the heck is up with that? I avoid sugar so gummies and many powders are out. Tinctures are a bit much. But this product makes getting these remedies easy and quick, just a scoop in my morning coffee and I am good to go. I can tell this is in my coffee but not really by the taste. It is a little bit gritty and there is a slight odor, but nothing horrible. It gives me a bit of a mood boost and I feel more energized.
